"The Declaration" revives and reimagines a Colonial-era Maryland-style rye mash bill-crafted with aged spirits from three distinct origins and a finish that directly connects to George Washington's historic Mount Vernon Distillery.

The artfully designed tube tells the story of American freedom and reinvention with rich colonial iconography, historical references, and subtle nods to the lore of our land. This is a true collector's piece for whiskey lovers and history buffs alike.

Legacy 003 is a meticulous construction of three distinct components bottled at 115.74 proof:

• 60% Rye: A blend of 8- to 12-year-old 95/5 rye sourced from Indiana, delivering the foundational spice, maturity, and classic rye grain character.
• 30% Corn: 20- to 25-year-old Canadian corn whiskey, which was re-barreled in new American oak for two and a half years to add exceptional depth, vanilla, and cocoa notes.
• 10% Malt: An 8-year-old American single malt from Virginia, which provides a fragrant, floral, and biscuit-forward aromatic top note to round out the blend.
